If you would like to make an appointment, we will be opening the booking lines on June 25th, 26th, 27th and July 1st, 2nd and 3rd between 11:00hrs to 15:00hrs. Please phone 01923 850 000. Unfortunately we have had to suspend our online booking system for the time being and will be working on a first come, first served basis. Please bear with us, as your preferred day/time may not be available due to high demand and social distancing measures.
Unfortunately, following government guidelines (keep blow-drying to a minimum) means we will initially have to suspend blow-dry only appointments. However if you are booked in for a cut and finish we are still able to offer you a blow-dry to check the cut. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please be aware that due to the length of time since your last colour appointment, more time and product may be used which will reflect in the price. We are recommending INNOluxe treatments for all colour appointments to restore the condition of your hair, having been unable to access professional hair services for the last 15 weeks. Please note that all discounts including our mid week colour and brazilian offer will also be put on hold for a limited period. A legal requirement of an up-to-date skin test will be required 48hrs before any colour services can commence, as new allergies can occur at any time during a three month period.
To show our appreciation for the NHS staff, we are offering a 20% discount every Wednesdays, Please show your identity card at reception when paying your bill.
Please note card payments are preferable at this time and strongly suggest you book your next appointment before leaving the salon, to avoid disappointment.
We will now be taking a holding deposit of £50 for brazilian, specialist colour, balayage and highlighting services. If your appointment is cancelled up to 48hrs before you will either receive a full refund or the money can go towards your next appointment. Any appointment cancelled with less than 48hrs notice will result in loss of deposit.
Health and Safety Measures
We would like to take the opportunity to inform you of the new health and safety procedures to be implemented for your protection and following current guidelines.
Staff will be in full PPE including face mask, visor, gloves and a disposable apron. There will be a protective screen at reception. Please arrive promptly for your appointment and, to avoid overcrowding, refrain from bringing other family members or friends. Our new late policy will mean if you arrive after your appointment time, your service will be shrunk/changed in order to avoid over running.
On arrival, you will be asked to wash and sanitise your hands at the cleaning station in the reception area. You will be provided with sterile gloves and face mask. Please note a PPE charge of £5 will be added to your bill. To avoid any cross-contamination, we will ask you to take your own gown and keep your coat/jacket with you. We ask you to avoid touching surfaces where possible.
Adhering to social distancing rules, a designated work station will be assigned to each stylist, each section separated by 2 metres and it will only be possible to shampoo a maximum of two clients at any one time.
We promise to adhere to a high level of cleanliness throughout the salon at all times, including a signed and checked cleaning schedule for the toilet. We would like to reassure you that following each appointment, PPE will be changed, gowns will be washed and each work station and backwash cleaned with appropriate cleaning products.
We will not be able to offer magazines or leaflets at this time but will be happy to offer refreshments, albeit in disposable cups. We hope you are reassured by the measures being taken for your safety and look forward to seeing you in the near future.
