COVID 19 

 

Wishing you all a happy new year! We are looking forward to reopening our doors very soon. We have provisionally been given the date of 12th April. hoping all goes to plan we will contact you in due course. If you had an existing appointment during lockdown we will be in touch to rearrange this for you. . We will keep everyone updated via email and social media on how we plan to take bookings. 

 

Unfortunately our online booking system will remain suspended so we are able to stay in control with regards to social distancing and not having too many people in the salon at any one time.  

 

A legal requirement of an up to date skin test will be required 48hrs before any colour service can commence, as new allergies can occur at any time during a three month period.  

 

To show our appreciation for NHS staff, we are offering a 20% discount on Wednesdays, Please show your identity card at reception when paying your bill. 

 

We strongly suggest you book your next appointment before leaving the salon to avoid disappointment.  

 

We will be taking a holding deposit of £50 for the following services; Brazilian blowdrys, Specialist colour, Specialist and Highlighting services. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, any cancellations within this time frame will result in loss of deposit. 

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY PROCEDURES 

 

We ask that before you come into the salon, if you are experiencing any of the Covid-19 symptoms that you not come to your appointment, in turn our staff will not be at work if they show any sign/symptom. 

 

We would like to inform you of the health and safety procedures implemented for your protection and to adhere to follow current guidelines. All staff members will be in FULL PPE including face masks and visors. There is a protective screen at reception. 

 

We promise to adhere to a high level of cleanliness throughout the salon at all times, including a signed and checked schedule for the toilet. We would like to reassure you that following each appointment gowns, towels, gloves etc will be washed/changed and each work station and backwash cleaned with the appropriate cleaning products. 

 

We are unable to offer any magazines or leaflets at this time but are happy to offer refreshments albeit in disposable cups.  

 

On arrival at the salon there is a designated cleaning station with a wash basin, paper towels, hand sanitiser, masks and gloves all for your use. 

 

PLEASE BE AWARE A £5 CHARGE FOR PPE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BILL. FOR THOSE WHO HAVE STANDING APPOINTMENTS, A DISCOUNTED CHARGE OF £2 WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BILL. 

 

To avoid cross contamination we do ask that you please refrain from touching surfaces where possible. Please arrive promptly for your appointment and to avoid over crowding please come alone where possible. Our late policy will mean if you arrive after your appointment time your service may be shrink/changed in order to avoid over running.
